If you experience unresolvable technical issues on your subscription within 7 days of activation that our 24/7 technical team cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full or prorated refund guarantee.

Eligibility for Refund

We issue refunds under specific conditions to ensure fair usage of our 4K IPTV X server bandwidth:

Unresolvable Server Outages: Persistent technical issues or server downtime originating from our infrastructure that cannot be fixed by our engineers within 48 hours.
Inability to Activate: If we fail to deliver valid subscription parameters or activate your MAC Address within 24 hours of purchase.
7-Day Guarantee Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following user-side situations:

Local Internet Issues

Buffering caused by ISP speed throttling or insufficient local broadband speed (less than 25 Mbps for 4K streams).

Incorrect App Configuration

Errors resulting from incorrect user input or unwillingness to follow technical setup instructions provided by our agents.

Policy Violations

Account suspension due to re-streaming, unauthorized account sharing, or exceeding active screen limits.

Expired Guarantee

Requests submitted after the 7-day initial activation window has expired.
