When activating a 4K IPTV X subscription, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access our high-speed media server connections.

• Connection Limits: Accounts configured for 1 Screen must only stream on 1 device at any given time. Connecting multiple devices concurrently on a single-screen account may trigger automated server protection locks.
• Strict Anti-Re-streaming Policy: Restreaming, rebroadcasting, or distributing our server feed streams to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• IP & Location Flexibility: You may use your subscription anywhere globally, provided total active streams do not exceed your purchased plan.

All subscriptions purchased on 4K IPTV X are pre-paid according to the chosen billing cycle (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months VIP).

We maintain a 99.99% network uptime standard backed by multi-CDN anti-buffering infrastructure. However, optimal 4K Ultra HD playback requires adequate local internet connection parameters.

If you experience unresolvable technical issues within the first 7 days of activation that our 24/7 technical team cannot fix, you may request assistance or account adjustments via WhatsApp support.

Our support agents are online 24/7 to assist with app configuration, player settings (VLC/ExoPlayer), or playlist updates to ensure 100% satisfaction.

4K IPTV X provides playlist connection parameters for compatible third-party media players (such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player, XCIPTV, and Smartone). We do not own or develop third-party applications, and users are responsible for complying with app store terms.
